Rachana Constructions is a Kolhapur based firm established in 1995. The less is more is our principle towards design. We have designed projects which are simple yet creative and those blends with peoples lifestyle. Space utilization and functionality in design gives comfort and warmth to the people and brings them closer to their places. It makes their dream worth remebering for years. We always like to come up with new creative, innovative concepts and we proudly say that our work is based on mutual trust, understanding and transparency. Currently we are working in Kolhapur, Kudal, Vengurle, Kankavali and other parts of district Sindhudurga, Ratnagiri, Belgaum, Karnataka, and Goa. We are also working with Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) for their hospitality projects at Gagan Bawada, Dajipur, Amboli and Velneshwar.
